Staff servicing is a Nedbank project that aims to update the legacy processes used by Nedbank staff into a more modern, user-friendly, and time-saving approach.
The design team was tasked with redesigning Nedbank’s servicing products to ensure that Nedbank’s staff members would efficiently help their clients quicker and easier using the updated and improved interface whilst providing a positive experience to the staff.
The design team worked in an agile environment, having stand-ups as a design team to keep track of design requirements and updating the Kanbanboard, created to keep track of the work each designer would be working on.
These would then shift to stand-ups with other key team members such as offshore developers, business analysts, product owners, and other key members to ensure that we were on track as a design team with our requirements and a team as a whole with our business deliverables. I would join key meetings with business analysts, product owners and businesses to understand what business requires from the team in delivering.
